With over 23 years in the beauty industry and 15 years specialising in cosmetic tattooing, Harri has established herself as one of Perth's most trusted cosmetic tattoo artists, renowned for creating beautifully natural results. Dedicated to continual growth, she has trained with some of the world's leading cosmetic tattoo artists across California, Canada, Estonia, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Vietnam and beyond, ensuring every client benefits from the latest techniques, exceptional safety standards and world-class artistry.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Harri moved to Perth after a backpacking adventure and never looked back. Starting with nothing but determination, she built Born Brows from the ground up through hard work, resilience and a genuine passion for helping others. Today, those same values of empathy, compassion and excellence are at the heart of every client experience.
A proud mum of three, Harri created Born Brows to be more than just a cosmetic tattoo studio. She believes every client deserves to feel heard, understood and genuinely cared for, providing a safe, welcoming and judgement-free environment where every person feels comfortable, supported and confident throughout their journey.
Harri originally studied Makeup Artistry and Wig Making at university with the goal of creating wigs for people undergoing cancer treatment. Little did she know that years later she would fulfil that same purpose through cosmetic tattooing. Today, helping breast cancer survivors, along with those affected by trauma, surgery, alopecia and other medical conditions, with her signature natural nano brows, or nipple and aerola tattooing to restore their confidence has become one of the most rewarding parts of her career.
For Harri, cosmetic tattooing has never been just about the aesthetics of brows. It's about restoring confidence, enhancing natural beauty and making a genuine difference in people's lives. Every treatment is approached with artistry, precision, empathy and compassion, ensuring each client leaves feeling like the very best version of themselves.

Having been mentored by some of Perth’s top artists, she has honed a meticulous approach that reflects her perfectionist nature, taking the time needed to deliver flawless, natural-looking results.
Donna is passionate about enhancing her clients’ natural features and takes pride in creating a relaxed, welcoming space where people feel comfortable and cared for.
